Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required to secure your appointment and is non-refundable.

If you cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be forfeited. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, so please be certain you are able to keep your scheduled appointment before submitting your deposit.

In the rare event that Monarch Hawaii Tattoo is unable to provide your appointment due to circumstances beyond our control—such as a natural disaster, power outage, or health emergency on our part—your deposit will remain valid for 90 days and may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment.

This 90-day extension applies only when we are unable to tattoo you. It does not apply to client cancellations or missed appointments.

We appreciate your understanding and respect for our appointment policy. Your deposit reserves dedicated time for you on our schedule, and we appreciate you honoring that commitment.
